Happy Valentine's Day to Me! WOW

Joseph defintaly gets MAJOR points for this trip. He surprised me with a night and day away for Valentine's weekend. He arranged babysitting-overnight- and we took of to Callaway Gardens. He got us in their new Lodge and Spa. It was sooo relaxing. The room was amazing (picture below). The bathroom was even better. There was a huge tube to soak in and a seperate shower. We got there late Friday night (b/c I had the stomache bug Friday! UGH). We ordered room service and then laid in bed and watched TV till we fell asleep. We actually got to sleep past 8 o'clock. It was SOOO worth it just for that! Ha! Ha! Saturday morning I was informed that I had a massage at the spa at 11:00. Talk about relaxing! That was totally awesome. The wooded pictures show the view from our balcony. After the massage we went on a walk around the gardens and toured the butterfly museum. THAT was GREAT! I will warn you that it is extremely HOT in there! Enjoy the pics! THANKS JOEY!!!!!!

Cousin Layla's B'day Pary!

Cathy's dad and Layla to the left.
The whole family above!

As you can see. Layla LOVED her very own cupcake! She even enjoyed eating all the icing! It was a blast to see her really enjoying herself.

Cathy did all the decorations for the party herself. It was done up so nicely and even had #1 on all of the cupcakes. She is so talented, she even made the adorable table cloth herself! Everything was SO ADORABLE! Aunt Shirley even remembered that Rylie wouldn't understand why Layla got gifts and seh didn't, so she brought Rylie a present too! Way to go Aunt Shirley!!!!!

Walter's Birthday!

The first event I wanted to update everyone on is my next door neighbor's birthday party. Aren't they just SOOO cute! It was histerical. Walter and Mary Corbitt are my next door neighbors and they are wonderful people. Rylie loves both of them so much. They tend to miss their own grandchildren a lot so they love the occasionaly visits from Rylie. We had a birthday party for him about 3 weeks ago at Terry Watkins house. I had to be the "look out" because Walter had no idea we were gathered to celebrate his birthday. He tought they were just stopping in before they went to eat. Anyways, I proceeded to hide in the bushes outside my house (right next door to them) and I was going to call and tell everyone they were headed up the walk so they could quiet down for the surprise. Well, little did I know Walter decided to drive- yes across the street- so that they could just hop in the car and take off to eat after they said hey to Terry. Once I heard them CLOSING their garage door, I had to hightail it out of the bushes and across the street into the "IDEA" house yard and hide in the garage. I almost got caught too.
